Who we are

Repatriation Service Global arranges funeral repatriation between countries. For anything about your information, email info@repatriationserviceglobal.com.

What we collect

  • What you tell us in the form, by email or on WhatsApp: your name and contact details, details of the person who died, the countries involved, travel insurance and anything else you choose to share.
  • Documents you send us later, such as a death certificate or passport.
  • If you came from one of our adverts, the advert click reference and the page you arrived on.

Why we use it

  • To reply to you, prepare your quote and, if you accept it, arrange the repatriation. This is what you have asked us to do.
  • To keep the records the law requires, such as accounts.
  • To measure which adverts help families find us, only if you accept cookies.

Who we share it with

To arrange a repatriation we share the details needed with the funeral directors, crematoria, airlines and freight agents involved, and with embassies, consulates and other authorities where they ask for them. By the nature of the service these are in the countries the person is travelling from and to, which may be outside the UK and Europe. We share only what each of them needs.

We also use service providers for email, our website, case records and payments. They handle your details on our behalf. If you accept cookies, Google receives advert measurement data.

We do not sell your details.

How long we keep it

If you do not go ahead, we keep your enquiry for up to 12 months after we last heard from you, then delete it. If we arrange a repatriation, we keep the records for as long as the law requires for business and accounting records.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to cookies at any time. Email info@repatriationserviceglobal.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to your data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies

The site works without cookies. We ask before using any.

  • Your cookie choice. Your browser remembers whether you accepted or rejected cookies, so we do not ask again.
  • Advert measurement (Google Ads). Only if you accept. It tells us which adverts led to an enquiry.

You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

WhatsApp

If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp handles that conversation under its own privacy terms. We use what you send us there in the same way as anything you send through the form.
