Terms

About these terms
These terms apply when you ask us for a quote and when you accept one. "We" and "us" means Repatriation Service Global. "You" means the person who asks for the quote and accepts it.
What we do
We arrange and coordinate funeral repatriation between countries: bringing someone home after a death abroad, taking someone home to another country, cremation abroad and the return of ashes. The care, documents and transport are carried out by funeral directors, crematoria, airlines and other providers in the countries involved. We tell you who they are for your case when you accept the quote.
Quotes
- Quotes are free and in writing.
- A quote is based on what you tell us and on the official requirements at the time we prepare it. It sets out what is included and what is not.
- A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.
Accepting a quote and paying
Nothing is booked until you accept the quote. When you accept it, you agree to these terms and to pay the price in the quote, in the way and at the times it sets out.
Things outside our control
Authorities, coroners, medical examiners, airlines and the weather can delay a repatriation or change what it needs. If that happens we tell you what has changed and why. If it adds a cost that was not in your quote, such as extra mortuary storage or a rebooked flight, we tell you the amount before we pay it.
Cancelling
If you are a consumer, you usually have 14 days to cancel a contract agreed online or by phone. Repatriation cannot wait that long, so when you accept a quote you ask us to start work straight away. If you then cancel, you pay for the work already done and for any costs already committed to providers, and we refund the rest.
Your information
How we use your details is set out in our privacy notice.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, please tell us by email at info@repatriationserviceglobal.com or on WhatsApp on +44 7703 577246. We will reply and do our best to put it right.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in another country, you keep any rights that your local consumer law gives you.
